So I bailed out on my DCA project about two months ago. At that point it time my balance was sitting at $4,027.71 after investing $5,333.64, not great but still looking like a hole we could have escaped from.
I decided to see where I would be at if I still held all those coins. The results were pretty terrible.
| Coin | Invested | Profit | Profit per day | Percent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ICON | $1,057.11 | -$764.48 | -$3.75 | -72.32% |
| Cardano | $775.61 | -$403.47 | -$2.04 | -52.02% |
| NEO | $775.28 | -$515.91 | -$2.63 | -66.59% |
| Ubiq | $707.03 | -$420.69 | -$2.16 | -59.50% |
| Wife(LBC) | $674.27 | -$448.07 | -$2.31 | -66.45% |
| SUB | $654.48 | -$449.88 | -$2.33 | -68.74% |
| EOS | $689.87 | -$125.11 | -$0.66 | -18.14% |
| TOTAL | $5,333.64 | -$3,127.60 | $-15.87 | -58.64% |
Pretty abysmal results and if I had held onto everything I would be down to $2,206.04 but I sold out of everything and did some stupid things with that money and right now I've doing much better than I would of if I had hodl'd.
As things sit right now, I am contemplating reinvesting into a few of the coins I was doing before, trying to figure out where the bottom is first and I feel like we may be getting close. We keep having glimmers of hope that the market is returning but it just never seems to last long. I've still got a few thousand dollars worth of crypto I can play with so who knows, I may be back in the near future.
