It's a very complicated kind of opinion, that leads to infinite discussions and debates. But let's see the perspective here, what is a genuine good deed that is not being acted on the basis of a strong motivation and a motive?First we have to think here about our conceptions.Every person has it's own mentality and ability to digest the opinion. For that take if there is a strong motivation behind the values to be granted and created for the actions the deed will be taken as selfish deed.If there is no motive and intention behind an activity to perform it will be strongly believed to a selfless deed.
But question is that, what deed is selfish and what's not. Many examples can be given to solidifies the opinions, like a person is donating an organ after his death to a patient, what could it be..? Some people will apprehend it in a good natural way, but other will point it out as a selfish deed.On the other hand, if some one is providing donations to some institute or home cares, this will also have multiple outlooks.

Actually, both deeds are done on the base of good cause, but the issue emerges on the bases of beliefs.People do sort out these kind of things, what they actually want to do in a place of substitute.
I want to clear out this thing by this instant.Suppose three people have been provided three same kind of boxes and has declared that, out of these three boxes one have color pencil in it,and also notifies that no one is allowed to peek the box of one another, just stick up with the box, from this no one will be able who really has that pencil.Imagine the box is the our mind and the pencil is our realization. This is how we feel about the pain and perceive the color. For me every deed should have to be in a manner and put a strong "positive" or "negative"impacts.

However, these deeds can be identified in two moral ways,"Good" or "bad".If someone has a good motive to help the other it will clarify its sense of becoming a good deed.On the other hand, if a person is murdering someone in the sense that it will be a good deed than, its a strong caution of disarray in the society. People will murder each other and the communities and societies will not be left in state of survivals. These provisions are to be categorized in these two matters.

For me the good deed which has whether a strong motivational grip or not, should be treated as "Selfless Good deed".But it is important that people should not mention if they had done something for good cause like donation,or taking care of someone in every possible perspective .This will highlight the cause and the virtue will be self destructed.
At the end, it depends on the mind sets and inspirations of the people how think about the actions and motives of their own that will clearly describe the "Selfless Good Deed"..
