I decided to do my morning walk through a village road in Mahankal Jhor, Kathmandu. It is at a distance of about 45 minutes from my home. Despite being located in polluted Kathmandu town, this village is beautifully equipped with beautiful waterfall, small narrow river streams, traditional houses, chir pine forest, rice terraces and many others.
Infact Kathmandu is not almost town. There are many small beautiful villages almost at the end of its border with other districts.
The village areas look absolutely beautiful after a short period of rain. The same river flows through the area where I live but its quite clear in this area.
