There are cafes everywhere here in my city. Each offering their own taste of the beverages mainly tea and coffee and their different varieties. Tea is served at every restaurant. However, there are many such stores around here that only serves tea and not any other items. I visited the same cafe this time - serving only tea not even coffee. There were different varieties like black tea, milk tea, masala tea, Matka tea and so on. I ordered Matka tea as it is favorite tea of all people and is very special. The tea is prepared by boiling milk with all other ingredient in a clay pot called Matka so as to give an earthy and smoky flavour to tea lovers. The taste is different than other varieties and it lingers above your tongue after you have finished having its last sip.
