Bur flower is called "Kadamba" (कदम्ब) in our Nepali tongue and it seems that its pronounced the same way with same spelling even in Hindi. The flower is mainly found the southeast Asian countries which are Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Maldives and so on. In the rural areas of Nepal, people used the paste of this flower to be used against the wound.
Arabian countries used this flower to make perfume and are exported to Europe. Besides its same all things mentioned around the internet that flowers are used in making Ayurveda medicine to treat against cancer, diabetes, heart disease, fever and so many bloody diseases.
