Your questions really made me think about it in various ways, but to be honest learning from our own experience is just amazing, imagine someone telling you almost everything you need to know in your life, things you will experience at some point in your life and all you need to do is follow what they have taught you, then why would we need to live? Isn't life based on being different not similar? we would look like a programmed robot if we don't make our own choices, there is a reason we ask for advice and it is to learn from those who were successful enough in their life and decision making, but still, it is advice, not something to learn and memorize in life.
