I call upon you star of light,
so that you wake up like every day
and appear on the horizon,
making your triumphal entry,
you come with the thirst of a god,
drinking from all the tributaries,
drying all the water mirrors,
the faint dew of the leaves,
and the humidity that settles
in everything that lives,
You are a gift that goes unnoticed,
the primary food of green beings,
Some believe that you are in a carriage,
but you fly with condor wings,
and you breathe dragon fire,
sometimes you hide like a naughty child,
behind small things,
the leaves of the trees,
an outstretched hand,
but your favorite place is the mountains,
when dusk arrives,
already tired of playing,
you dive into the horizon,
to rest satisfied at the bottom of the sea.

Yo te invoco astro de luz,
para que despiertes como todos los días
y aparezcas en el horizonte,
haciendo tu entrada triunfal,
vienes con la sed de un dios,
bebiendo de todos los afluentes,
secando los espejos de agua,
el tenue rocío de las hojas,
y la humedad que se aposenta
en todo lo que vive,
eres regalo que pasa inadvertido,
el alimento primario de los seres verdes,
algunos creen que vas en un carruaje,
pero vuelas con alas de cóndor,
y exhalas fuego de dragón,
a veces te escondes como niño travieso,
detrás de cosas pequeñas,
las hojas de los árboles,
una mano extendida,
pero tu lugar preferido son las montañas,
al llegar el atardecer,
ya cansado de jugar,
te sumerges en el horizonte,
para reposar satisfecho en el fondo del mar.
