Gelato in Milan
This photo was taken in Milan 7 years ago. Soon after taking this photo, this lovely gelato started to melt so fast. Clearly, the weather was very, very hot.
And today, I heard a news report that the temperature in Italy is now near 40ºC with a heatwave. What's worse, the sensory temperature is 50ºC ! 50! 50! Sounds crazy, doesn't it? I really hope the people there are all right.
It's been very hot and humid for many consecutive days and nights in where I live as well. It's getting worse and worse every year. Is something wrong with Mother Earth? What could be worse than now? Just the thought of it makes me drained...
