bitcoin is soooooo cheap right now. (This is not financial advice) but i think it would be ideal to try to own atleast one bitcoin. There will only ever be 21 million available to obtain. Realisiticly that number is going to be much smaller due to lost bitcoins. There will not even be enough for every millionaire in just America to buy one. Dollar cost average and buy a little bit every paycheck until you get a whole one and store it in cold storage such as ledger,trezor, or keep key. Then go and then go dollar cost average into other cryptos of your choosing.
