Hello Hive Family, especially my fellow Filipinos Of Hive!

I’d love to share with you another slice of my journey, this time, going back home to Bulacan after finishing my housing loan errand in Manila.

After completing my errand, I headed to the Bulacan P2P Bus Terminal. On my way, I boarded a bus carousel along EDSA and managed to snap a photo of Kamuning Station, a little keepsake of the city before heading home.

When I reached Trinoma, I dropped by Landmark Mall. I couldn’t resist buying three boxes of ensaymada from the French Baker stall. Two of those were meant as pasalubong for my favorite neighbors, who have always been thoughtful and supportive. Pasalubong is such a beautiful Filipino tradition, a way of sharing love and gratitude after a trip.

While waiting at the P2P Bus Terminal, I took a couple of photos of the ensaymada boxes. The bus hadn’t moved yet, but I felt excited knowing I’d soon be home with something sweet to share.

As the bus rolled toward Bulacan, I noticed the rain starting to fall. Good thing I had my umbrella ready, just in case the drizzle continued when I arrived.

By the time I stepped off the bus, it was already past 8 PM. I was among the last batch to get down, tired but fulfilled. Despite the long day, I felt grateful; errands done, pasalubong ready, and home waiting.

Life in Bulacan may be quieter than Manila, but moments like these remind me of the joy in simple routines: errands, bus rides, pasalubong, and the comfort of coming home.
