Memories are a wonderful thing! They help us to remain close to family and friends when distance is a barrier. The question is: What is the youngest memory you have? What was the memory and how old were you at the time?
Memories are really an amazing thing, the moment will pass and what will remain of that particular moments are memories and some memories are hard to forget, so when we reminisce that moment at times we laugh at how childish it is and at times the memory might hurt us.
There was this time that I can't really forget. I don't know how old I was then but I still remembered like it happen yesterday. I was still in the kindergarten then and there was this man who used to give us money every morning when he was coming from the mosque, that is his daily routine.
Everytime he gave us money, each and everyone of us have piggy bank that we keep our money and my mom will keep it is a save for us, only her knows where the key to the save is.
That particular morning, the man gave us the money as usual and we took it to my mom but she was busy. She told us to keep it safe till she was done and I keep my own in my book. I don't remember to give her the money before I went to school that day and when my teacher asked us to submit our assignment, I just submitted it forgetting that I keep the money inside there.
After some minutes, the teacher called me and asked me where I get the money from and I told her it's my money but she didn't believe me and asked me to go and called my mom. When she said that I just started crying because I don't understand what she means, have anybody ever reported me to her that I stole their money.
I went home still crying. When my mom saw me, She was so worried because of the way I was crying. she started asking me what happened, if I was hurt anywhere and I said no and told her what really happened.
She got angry immediately and took my hand taking me back to the school. When we got to school, my mom asked her why she accused and send me away in that manner and she said since I haven't bring that amount of money before that is why she was confused and asked me to bring her and she was sorry.
My mom said she was not blaming her for double check the fact but at the same time she should have given me the chance to explain myself and after listening to it, she should have asked me to tell her to come the following day instead of chasing me out during the school hour, moreover it it is very dangerous to let a kid walk alone during that period.
Even though she said she was sorry, I didn't forget that moment till this present day and anytime I remember I always remember that teacher as a bad person.
