A swim after my exercise session
Today was Day 2 of the exercise regime. Yesterday we skipped because we went for an early dinner at Jack and Les' place.
She made the most delicious Mediterranean chicken with mushrooms, tomato and feta cheese.
Day 2
Once again we walked the same route - only this time we came back along the beach as I had a swim.
My mom had a swim whilst I was exercising and stayed in the water for quite a while.
The beach with the gym equipment is called Power Beach.
On the way we spotted this white pidgeon, walking briskly by himself.
After exercising I had a swim - which was very refreshing.
Always something new to see or experience. Today there was a yoga teacher going through her routine. Probably the best I have ever seen - and also a young gymnast showing off on the dip bars. It was like having our own personal show.
