I have here a photo. It's a plant and mostly used in curries. We called it here in the Philippines particularly in Leyte and in "waray" dialect as "DULAW". I dont know what's the english and even the scientific named of it. When you search it in a search website you cannot found this, the one that pop out once you search it, was the turmeric plant. They have almost the same characteristics. They can be used both in curries. And I think they only differ on the shape. The Dulaw has a bigger size of leaf while the turmeric has a small one and it bear fruits which we called "ginger" a spice used in every dish.
