I saw some pastry baking videos yesterday and croissant was one of them, the process of making this is quite simple just like bread but a little time consuming.
Have I ever had croissant? No.
Will I love to try it? Yes, It looks beautiful, flaky and fluffy so why not?
I always thought croissant originated from France but I just read that it's from Austria and France popularised it. I love the cool crescent shape and how layered it looks inside. This is the first time it's making an appearance in my sketchbook and I'm really happy with how it looks here, I also added a cut one beside the full pastry. What do you think?
