I made a simple drawing in red ink and I love how clean and delicate it feels. I started with a simple sketch which looked really good and even with just the initial lines, it already felt alive.
The wings look soft and gentle, like they’re about to open wider and take off or maybe it just came back from flying and trying to rest on the flower. Adding the flower stem for it to stand on was a really good idea, its serves as a resting place for the butterfly.
