It was a foggy afteenoon. It rained the whle day again starting at around 2 or 3 am. I was hoping I can go jogging but the rain did not stop. This is the brunt end of the storm we have had which flooded the plains plains of the north particularly Cagayan Valley.
We went to my grandfather's place for some family time. Since I couldn't go to the falls, I just took photos of the mountains. Good thing by then it was only drizzling lightly so I was able to take photos.
