This chibi/human version of the Jellyfish Queen is just a random art thought.
First things first yeah?
I always kick things off with a rough base sketch.
next is I refine it with cleaner lines using a mangastyle brush I downloaded from a site, which has become my go-to brush.
After that I gradually render different sections until the entire piece is complete.
