Each LBI token represents a share of ownership in LeoBacked Investments including all @lbi-token's LEO, HIVE and HE wallet contents and any off-chain investments and wallets.
No LBI token holder shall be deprived of his or her equitable share in the assets of the fund.
b. Weekly dividend - Starting 5th Jan 2021
LBI tokens holder will receive a weekly LEO dividend payment each Tuesday at 8 PM UTC
Dividends are funded using 50% of all LEO earning for that week (off-chain investments are not included)
Payments are based on your average LBI token holding's over the pevious 7 days
No staking required, we use POH (Proof of holding, thank you @gerber)
c. Governance
All LBI tokens holders with a balance of more than 10 LBI tokens are able to vote on LBI governance using a weighted voting system of 5 tiers that discourage's whale manipulation. 1. 10-99 LBIs will earn a vote equal to 1 2. 100-499 LBIs will earn a vote equal to 2 3. 500-2,499 LBIs will earn a vote equal to 3 4. 2,500-9,999 LBIs will earn a vote equal to 4 5. 10,000+ LBIs will earn a vote equal to 5
Governance voting can be used for selecting investments, makes amendments to this agreement and even winding down of LBI
One account per user can be used for LBI governance voting
d. Buyback offer(coming with 4-6 months)
Any token holder with 100+ LBI tokens that decides to cash out will be entitled to use the 95% buyout offer.
LBI will buy back any number of tokens over 100 LBI for 95% of the 5-day price average
Cashouts will be paid in either LEO, HIVE or ETH
Cashouts will be processed in 0-14 days depending on access to liquid holdings at the time of the cash-out request.
LeoBacked Investments will be actively managed by @silverstackeruk on behalf of SPinvest
10% of LEO earnings not including off-chain earnings will be paid to @spinvest-leo as an admin fee
All actions taken on behalf of LBI by SPinvest will be in the best interests of LeoBacked Investment and it's token holders
SPinvest/silverstackeruk will not commit any part of the LBI'S assets are resources to any investment/party for personal gain
SPinvest will not receive any dividends or governance voting rights on its LBI holdings
All investment or commitment to investment representing 10% or more of LBI's total net value will be agreed by token holder governance vote
LeoBacked Investments will run its main bank from the @lbi-token wallet
Any payouts of dividends will be paid from @lbi-payments
b. LBI governance
All affairs (conduct, behaviour, attendance of members, monetary etc.) affecting LBI shall be agreed by token holder governance vote
Governance voting will be done through posts were voting & results are stored on the HIVE blockchain.
Issue's can be raised by producing a post outlining your proposal
c. Expenses and Taxes
All expenses incurred in maintaining LeoBacked Investments shall be recorded iN LBI's weekly report
LeoBacked Investments is not liable to pay taxes on any gains made on behalf of it LBI token holders
Each individual LBI token holder is responsible for reporting gains and losses on their individual tax returns a. In the US, token holders complete Form 1065 and schedule K-1 every year b. In the UK, token holders complete Form 185 capital gains tax: investment club certificate. c. Information can be provided on request
d. Contingency plan
3 token holders will be selected to hold 1/3 of a password each to an encrypted file online
The file will contain all the information required to access LBI's assets
File will be updated fully every 3 months
Keyholders will be reviewed yearly
4 - LBI Communications
a. Content
We commit to producing content that could include financial information/reviews, saving tips, how-to guides, contests, videos, gathering feedback posts are anything LBI related
We encourage engagement by replying back to comments and questions, we will not post and forgot. The rewards from posts are nice but the feedback, information and tips gathered in comments has no price tag.
We will not vote farm

Each Saturday, a weekly earning and holding will be uploaded

All Leo earnings for the previous 7 days
All LBI's assets/holdings update
Charting to track growth valued in LEO

A discord server will be used to make announcements and engage with LBI token holders and those interested in what we are doing
LeoBacked Investments content team as the main driver of income and growth in the starting stages will be rewarded on a token price performance incentive
20% of LBI tokens will be reserved for the content team

Tokens holders interested in running a gaming account for LBI can do so on a profit share incentive
LBI will fund the game and own all gaming assets
Profit split will be dependent on the investment amount, ROI earned and potential to increase earnings
c. Subsidiary projects
LeoBacked Investments, as it grows, will look into creating or funding sub-projects that align with our core ideals. Operators will be paid on a profit share incentive
