Buenos dias Liketuers! Espero que todo les vaya muy bien. Bueno, por acá amaneció nublado y con una lluvia ligera pero constante. Decidí quedarme en casa y hacer algunas pequeñas tareas pendientes. Como el día anda húmedo y nublado, me tienta tomar algún té para degustar. En estos tiempos de carencias y precios altos, me he adaptado a hacer mi propio té deshidratando plantas medicinales. En este caso, la planta se llama hierva Luisa, tiene un gran aroma antes y después de secada. Pongo el agua a calentar, una vez rompa el hervor apago, le echo las hojas deshidratadas y en 3 minutos esta listo. Endulzar o no según propio gusto. Yo le echo un poco de miel y sabe excelente.
