Hola buenos días Liketuers! En estos tiempos bien dificiles cuando la economía falla y la inflación es mas que un globo a punto de estallar, nos tenemos que reinventar. Hurgando en youtube, me encontré un método de deshidratado al sol. Ya conocía del tema, pero lo tenía dormido. Ya tenía hasta la malla que esta perfecta para ello. Pues bien manos a la obra, esta vez en forma de pruebas puse una pequeña cantidad de ajo, algo así como los dientes de un bulbo, hoy es el tercer día y todo va según previsto, ya estan mas secos sin humedad, pero creo los tendré que dejar un dia mas. Cuando ya suenen crujientes los muelo en un pequeño procesador y listo al recipiente para sazonar las comidas. Se que me va a encantar. Me han dicho que le resalta al sabor a las comidas. Ya iré viendo y produciendo más productos deshidratados para el hogar. Les dejo estas fotos de la malla protectora para el secado y evitar a los insectos entrar.
