Hola mis amores, es un placer para mí poder compartir la confección de un cojín antiestrés, esta idea me surge debido a que me han recomendado mucho usarlo para evitar algunas dolencias en la parte de la cervical.
Pensé que hacerlo se me iba a hacer muy difícil, pero es sumamente sencillo, a demás de ello poder hacer este cojín me he ahorrado un poco los gastos porque fui a una tienda y el cojín original sale muy costoso, así que me tome la libertad de hacer uno.
Los resultados han sido todo un éxito, estoy contenta de poder lograr hacerlo con mis propias manos, ya lo he estado utilizando y puedo decirles que funciona perfectamente para ver televisión, para viajar, para trabajar en el ordenador, para dormir, entre otros usos.

Hello my loves, it is a pleasure for me to share the making of an anti-stress cushion, this idea comes to me because I have been recommended to use it to avoid some ailments in the cervical area.
I thought it was going to be very difficult to make it, but it is very simple, besides being able to make this cushion I have saved some expenses because I went to a store and the original cushion is very expensive, so I took the liberty to make one.
The results have been a success, I am happy to be able to make it with my own hands, I have already been using it and I can tell you that it works perfectly for watching TV, traveling, working on the computer, sleeping, among other uses.

Los materiales que use para elaborar mi manualidad son los siguientes:

Primero comencé realizando un patrón sobre una hoja de papel Bond, de 50 de alto por 50 de ancho, doble este papel por la mitad para guiarme donde iba a sacar las líneas para darle forma a este patrón, comenzando coloque el puño de mi mano en la línea central, marcando desde el centro hacia el final de la hoja el puño, quedando como una forma de árbol, esto será recortado para usarlo como separación para el cuello.
Es una forma bastante ortopédica que nos ayuda a mantener fija y firme la cervical, luego comencé a trazar líneas una del centro del puño hacia arriba, con la ayuda de la cinta métrica trace la primera línea vertical centrada de 19 centímetros de ambos lados de la línea centrada 2 líneas inclinadas de 23 centímetros, y 2 líneas rectas horizontales a mitad de puño de 18 centímetros en ambos lados.
Teniendo los puntos de cada una de estas líneas, con el lápiz uni cada uno de ellos para sacar el patrón deseado de este cojín, también podemos hacerlo reduciendo las medidas para un cojín mucho más pequeño para niños, terminando así el trazado de la figura que más adelante me servirá como guía.

Having the points of each of these lines, with the pencil uni each of them to get the desired pattern of this cushion, we can also do it by reducing the measures for a much smaller cushion for children, thus finishing the layout of the figure that later will serve as a guide.
Para continuar recorte toda la figura, doble a la mitad, así como también doble la tela, fije con alfileres para evitar que se moviera la tela y recorte la primera pieza para el cojín, de la misma manera recorte la segunda pieza, pero con telas de diferentes estampados, esto debido a que son retazos, la tela debe tener las medidas similares o iguales al patrón que estemos utilizando.
Siempre es importante recortar 1 o 2 centímetros de más para costurear.

Para comenzar a cocer coloqué las piezas derecho con derecho, asegurándola con alfileres, dejando la parte superior una abertura de 5 centímetros, seguido llevé a la máquina y comencé a cocer, por todo el borde que fije con los alfileres.
Terminando de cocer hice algunos piquetes en las partes curvas del cojín para evitar que se encogiera y tomara una forma no deseada al momento de voltearlo por el derecho.
Después de estar volteado comienzo a rellenar con la ayuda de un vaso de plástico por la abertura que deje sin cocer, rellene con las microperlas de anime, pensé que me llevaría una caja para el relleno, pero resulto que tuve que utilizar 2 cajas para que quedase muy bien rellena y evitar deformar el diseño.

After being flipped over I start to fill with the help of a plastic cup through the opening that I left unbaked, fill with the anime microbeads, I thought I would take a box for the filling, but it turned out that I had to use 2 boxes to be very well filled and avoid deforming the design.
Después de haber colocado todo el relleno dentro de la funda, procedí a cerrar la abertura superior, doblando 1 centímetro hacia el centro de ambos lados de la abertura, asegurando con alfileres y cociendo a mano con 1 costura de punto corto seguido, fijando muy bien la costura para evitar que puedan salirse algunas microperlas.
De esta manera culmina la confección de mi primer cojín ortopédico, es importante hacer fundas para evitar manchar el cojín.
Aprovechando que tenía una tela satinada de color blanco muy suave y fresca, se me ocurrió la idea de hacer una funda, para esta utilice el patrón que anteriormente había utilizado con los mismos pasos, pero para la funda se debe dejar de 3 a 5 centímetros más anchos al cortar para que no se nos complique al momento de colocarlo en el cojín, ya que si lo dejamos muy ajustado se puede romper la funda.
Esta funda la cocí por todo los lados, dejando en la parte superior una abertura de 15 centímetros por donde voy a colocar el cojín.
Esta abertura debe estar cocida de ambos lados con un doble de 3 centímetros como para colocar una goma, cinta o algún cierre, y evitar que la funda se salga del cojín, en mi caso coloque una cinta y la arruche para cerrar haciendo un lazo sencillo en la parte superior, es recomendable, que donde haya niños, lo mejor será colocar una goma para evitar algún accidente, ya que una cinta puede ser peligrosa enredándose en alguna extremidad del niño.
Culminando adorné del lado inferior de la funda con una bonita flor.

I cooked this cover on all sides, leaving an opening of 15 centimeters at the top where I am going to place the cushion.
This opening must be cooked on both sides with a double of 3 centimeters as to place a rubber band, ribbon or some closure, and prevent the cover from coming out of the cushion, in my case I placed a ribbon and ruched to close making a simple loop at the top, it is recommended that where there are children, it is best to place a rubber to avoid an accident, as a tape can be dangerous entangled in any limb of the child.
To finish off, I decorated the lower side of the cover with a pretty flower.
