today I wanna talk about this platform that I have been experimenting with recently called 'TUNZ' 
If you're a musician/artist on HIVE then chances are you have heard of this platform by now, I've talked about this platform in the past and even minted my first ever Steem/HIVE music post on this platform, you can read the post here.
So lately I've been experimenting with the idea of selling/leasing my beats on this platform as an NFT in exchange for commercial rights.
It only makes sense since I already offer my beats for sale already, (you can check out my beat store over here) I figured, why not offer it as an NFT?
Once you purchase the NFT, I will grant you the right to use my beat for profit. (Release on Spotify, use for your YouTube video, Business Commercial, Film, etc.)
I'll also include the BPM and Keys on every track I upload on this platform and I will limit the supply to only 100 NFTs total per track.
For a limited time, you will be able to purchase the NFTs for only 1 HIVE.
From there you are free to use the beat however you want, as long as you credit me as the producer - (Prod by - LARITHEGHOST). You are NOT allowed to redistribute the beat as your own.
