Hola y buenos días amigos de la comunidad de Hive Food y un saludo especial a todas las madres y mujeres dentro y fuera de Hive en su día, espero que estén pasándola genial.

Como hoy es un dia especial las mujeres de mi casa decidimos hacer un postre tradicional y porque no también para seguir de fiesta por mi cumpleaños pasado. Esta vez hicimos una panetela casera y la chef mi mamá sabe como realmente hacerlas. En esta ocasión la hicimos en la hoya reyna ya que aún no estamos muy empapdas con el horno eléctrico.

Pero como quedó tan rica ahi les comparto la receta e ingredientes para que puedan hacerla en casa. Vamos a ello!

La tradicional panetela cubana lleva varios ingredientes pero muchos han variado en cuanto a la cantidad sobretodo con los huevos en dependencia del tamaño del biscocho.

A continuación una tabla con ingredientes y cantidades para seis personas.

As today is a special day the women in my house decided to make a traditional dessert and why not also to continue celebrating my last birthday. This time we made a homemade panetela and the chef my mom really knows how to make them. This time we made it in the hoya reyna since we are not yet soaked with the electric oven.

But since it turned out so delicious here is the recipe and ingredients so you can make it at home. Let's get to it!

The traditional Cuban panetela has several ingredients but many have varied in terms of quantity especially with the eggs depending on the size of the cake.

Below is a table with ingredients and quantities for six people.

A continuación les muestro el procedimiento de como hacerla en ls hoya reyna:

Preparación de la Panetela Cubana

Separa las yemas de los huevos y agrégales 1.5 tazas de azúcar.
Bate con batidora eléctrica por dos minutos.
Agrega la leche y sigue batiendo.
Agrega las tazas de harina y el polvo de hornear, tamizando todo a través de un colador de repostería para evitar partículas grandes. Esto ayudará a que la masa quede fina, esponjosa y suave.
Agrega una pizca de sal y separa esta primera mezcla.
Bate las claras de huevo con 1 taza de azúcar
Une ambas mezclas sin batir, utilizando movimientos envolventes.
para el relleno utilicé tres tipos de chocolate, con almendras, leche y amargo después de derretirlos en baño de maría lo unté en una de las partes del biscocho y sellé aplicando merengue hecho con las claras de huevo a punta de nieve.
por último lo llevé al horno para terminar de cocinar el merengue y listo ya queda una deliciosa panetela cubana versión 3 Chocolates ideal para un típico dia de fiestas.
Para decorar coloqué uno de los petters de chocolate sobre el merengue para darle un toque más chocolatoso y atractivo 😋🍫

Preparation of Cuban Panetela

Separate the egg yolks and add 1.5 cups of sugar.
Beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
Add the milk and continue beating.
Add the cups of flour and baking powder, sifting everything through a pastry strainer to avoid large particles. This will help the dough become fine, fluffy, and smooth.
Add a pinch of salt and set aside this first mixture.
Combine both mixtures without beating, using folding movements.
for the filling I used three types of chocolate, with almonds, milk and bitter chocolate, after melting them in a bain marie I spread it on one side of the cake and sealed it by applying meringue made with egg whites stiffly beaten.
Finally I took it to the oven to finish cooking the meringue and that's it, a delicious Cuban panettone 3 Chocolates version, ideal for a typical holiday.
-To decorate I placed one of the chocolate petters on top of the meringue to give it a more chocolaty and attractive touch 😋🍫
