This is my participation in this invites you to write about "Empathy"., with a subject that has a lot of fabric to tell, yes I wrote tell, because each one cuts that fabric in his best way to tell what he thinks about Discovering my talent

In the coming and going of my life, it sounds just the way I want it to express a round trip because sometimes I have had to go back to the beginning, but in that back and forth or the ups and downs of life, I always meet many people, and each of them always comes and goes with their own story, many dreams, but the best of all are their joys and sorrows.

It seems unbelievable, but on some occasions, and depending on the person, the path becomes more difficult, and that's when empathy becomes that light at the end of the tunnel that illuminates, tells you that you are doing well and heading in the right direction.

Empathy, but how do you eat that, through experience, through life, I know that empathy is the ability to understand and share the emotions of others, it is a way of being that humanizes us. And although you may not believe it, empathy is also a key that opens the doors to compassion, solidarity, and understanding. In some way, it allows us to transcend our own experiences and delve into the world of the other, without judging, without imposing, only with the intention of accompanying and providing support.

But that appreciation can sometimes be in both directions, in a few words I always try to be empathetic with other people, but I have also found people who are empathetic with me just by looking at me. I can summarize empathy as an act of helping other people.

Recently, I was left without a car because unfortunately I was hit by a car, that story is here, the point is that I had not taken a bus in years, so I did not know how much the bus fare cost, and I had to go to university. It turned out that I did not have enough cash to pay for the 4 fares. On the way back home, I was sitting next to a man and when they came to my seat, I only had 5 bolívares in cash and the fare was 15 bolívares. I was missing 10 to complete the fare. When I told the collector, he got upset and wanted to kick me off the bus. I definitely felt very, very bad, of course, it was partly my fault for not checking how much cash I had before boarding the bus. During the small argument with the collector while I remained silent listening to his complaint, I just told him that I had no more money. Out of nowhere, the man took out the 10 bolívares and gave them to the collector, and in more or less words, the man in his very colloquial language told the collector to stop crying over 10 bolívares.

That was an act of empathy, that's how I saw it because almost no one does that for another person. I have done it many times, but not by paying for the bus. I have bought food for people who ask me for money to eat. Instead of giving them the money, I have bought food for that person, that is also empathy, and as I said before, for me, empathy is being able to help others.

A good example of empathy is being able to listen attentively, having the opportunity to observe without judging because empathy is also putting yourself in the other person's shoes. When you put yourself in the other person's place, you can definitely express understanding in this way, only in this way can you offer help.

Empathy not only benefits those who receive it but also those who practice it, definitely, for me, empathy is an act of love towards ourselves and towards others.
