I just finished a 7.0km running that lasted about 0hh:57mm:0ss !
Today there was wonderful weather, a great full moon, no clouds, and the parade of planets was very visible.
While I was running, the moon came out higher and higher, and with it bright stars nearby, the same planets that are so built once in 179 years (if I'm not mistaken).
It is always interesting to live in historical solbility and see it with your own eyes.
I have 5 km jogging today and 2 km walking.
Have a great active day and evening!
