English version
Greetings foodiesbeehive@foodiesbeehive, here I bring you my second cake... this time I made it with coffee.

Yesterday was the end of the month, I wanted to close a successful month of hard work well rewarded here at Hive, giving me a treat with my baby Jeremías, so we went to the beach for a while and when we got home we made this delicious cake. I was very happy because it turned out as I expected.
Here is the recipe, it's pretty basic.

**Ingredients
1 cup leavening flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup oil
lemon zest
Procedure.
In the blender, mix the sugar, egg, coffee, oil and lemon zest.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the sifted leavening flour.
Grease and flour the pan, in my case I used again a small cauldron. Again, I recommend adding a little bit of sugar to the mold, so that the base of the cake gets a delicious caramel.
Pour the mixture into the mold and ready, bake in the oven at high heat for 15 minutes, and then lower the heat, until the cake is ready, about 25 minutes.

Here I show you the pictures of how my cake turned out.

It is important to be careful with the amount of sugar that we put on the base and that it is well distributed, so that this does not happen: the mixture sticks to the mold.

Anyway, I gladly ate that sticky mixture hehehehe.
