Quiet moments by the lake are always nice and sometimes it inspires my creative side. I've always kept myself busy with different projects in my free time and acrylic with resin has been my latest trend. I'm using canvas and on a whim also began using circular wood pieces and they're turning out better than I thought.
This is an acrylic on 11" wood. There are so many trees around the waters that it practically created itself. This piece is called Tree of Life.
This second piece is on a 20" x 16" Canvas, I used acrylic art and resin with glitter to enhance the silver color. The day was overcast but the sun was shining through the clouds, so I dubbed this piece ' Silver Lining'. Because even if it may seem dark and gloomy there is always a bright spot to keep everyone's spirits high.
