Something that fascinates me about photography is that it teaches you to observe, even without a camera.

That is why it is common to walk in the street and take mental pictures. One and others, to the rhythm of the click that seems to go on and on because everything is photographable.

Shadows and reflections do not escape from this sweep of images.

Both add value to the discourse and aesthetics of the message.

It definitely depends on the context, but the truth is that everywhere both shadows and reflections are there, as part of the urban archetype, showing the being of the inhabitants, showing precisely how alive they are.

If I have my camera in my hand, or that of my cell phone, I do not hesitate to capture that trace of life, because a mental photo is not enough to immortalize it.

Algo que me fascina de la fotografía es que enseña a observar, incluso sin una cámara.

Por eso es común caminar en la calle y tomar fotos mentales. Unas y otras, al ritmo del clic que parece no cesar porque todo es fotografiable.

Las sombras y los reflejos no escapan de este barrido de imágenes.

Ambos aportan valor al discurso y estética del mensaje.

Definitivamente depende del contexto, pero lo cierto es que en todos lados tanto las sombras como los reflejos están allí, cómo parte del arquetipo urbano, mostrando el ser de los habitantes, mostrando precisamente lo vivos que están.

Si tengo mi cámara en la mano, o la del teléfono celular, no dudo en captar ese rastro de vida, porque una foto mental no basta para inmortalizarla.
