"The Ax鈥攚hat?" Jon asked his uncle, squinting at the Axolotl dancing around in the water tank. It was his first time seeing such a sea creature. "It's...slimy. How can you keep it as a pet?"
Mr Jefferson chuckled at the boy's curiousity. "Just like you keep a fish in a tank or aquarium as a pet. It looks like an alien, right?"
The boy glanced between the Axolotl and his uncle. "It's strange looking. Can I feed it?"
"No, don't feed the alien or it will explode. It feeds once every two days."
Jon gasped with bulging eyes. "Awesome!"
