Hello to all Wednesday Walk walkers 🧡💚, a pleasure to greet you and come to share with you the experiences of the paths we walk.
There is a very nice place in Valencia, I remember it since my childhood, my parents used to take me or it was the usual place for some vacation plans, I had a very long time without visiting it, I have nice and funny memories of this place, to me the truth I still like it, and more if it is about nature.
This is a natural park located between the Autopista Regional del Centro and Paseo Cabriales, it is very large and inside there are many places for the enjoyment of young and old. Its name is "Parque Negra Hipólita", it is also called "Parque Fernando Peñalver", behind those names there are "whys", one of the ones I know is that the park was made in two parts and each one has its name, the truth is that it has been confusing hehe, but it is not a topic for the occasion, the truth is that it is a very beautiful place to forget the city, walking in it is de-stressing and liberating.
One of the things that caught my attention was a tree with orange flowers, it was leafy and very colorful, it called the attention from far away, I could not avoid taking pictures of it and take some next to it.
At the main entrance there is a module, and you can already appreciate the nature, in that starting area there is a court, a track for children to walk, playgrounds, exercise bars, exercise machines and many other things...
Just the day I went there it was very cloudy and cool to the point of feeling a little cold, and of course that is a big plus for me, I was very excited, details like that for me are wonderful. So the walk was very pleasant, the park was full of visitors, so I decided to go through the paths and enter the most wooded areas, like the bamboo forest, and the leafy forest, I love these areas because it gives me the illusion of being in a forest outside the city, walking in it is breathing fresh air, with huge, wide and very, very tall trees around, by the way I hugged them as therapy, although to relieve the stress I have had these last days I would need to hug many, many more 🤭. It is beautiful to look up and see how the trees join with their branches and cover us💚.
I continued walking enjoying the nature and all that wonderful green that surrounds the place, and to finish this walk I turned around on one of the bridges, to go to the area with paved walkways, that would be the area to finish and return to the main entrance, the truth is I did not walk the park completely, but I will do it next time with more time, I think it will become frequent visits for me, so I hope to continue with that motivation to walk, it is good for our mind and body, so we should do it as a frequent activity.
I want to thank Wednesday Walk🧡, for somehow motivating us to do these nice and necessary walks, until a next trail!
With much love....
