This is my first publication, since, I have being sitting on the fence . Let me come in and share with you about my beautiful family. Hope I am welcome here.
Celebrating and recognizing birthdays is my family's culture and we can't prioritize it . If we can't celebrate my children's birthday because of any circumstances that may arise , we will try as much as possible to make it a memorable day for them.
My birthday was on 21st of this month prior to my day I became so sick to the extent I can't get up from the bed and take my bath. Meanwhile while I was in my room when I overheard my kids said they pray for mum to get well before her birthday. Fortunately, the following day was my birthday . I was fully recovered from the illness and was feeling very energetic . All thanks to God. " Happy birthday Mom! " My children and their cousin sister sang birthday song to me.They were so much happy that we celebrated my 41st birthday in good health. I am so happy .

For the past four months my daughter has been training catfish.
One day she told me that the catfish is my birthday gift. I laughed out loud ,I thought she never meant it until my birthday she presented it to me
and left for school before they came back from school , I have already killed the fishes and grilled them.
My kids were so much amazed. They could not believe how I killed the fishes ,It was my first experience to kill Catfishes though those fishes frightened me when I put salt in their water, they were diving out and acting so weird that I almost ran out of the kitchen. It was fun indeed. I marinade them before grilling them . It tastes so good . It was indeed a memorable day when mom killed 6 Catfishes for her birthday. My hubby on the other hand went to Media and made birthday wishes to me and it was read out on air after I was called by them . It was so interesting. That is the culture of my family making our birthdays lasting memories.
