It has been a while I posted here because I've been busy doing lots of things since I traveled for some business trip. But I'm back and ready to continue 馃憤馃従. I made this heart 鉂わ笍 beaded bracelet for my lovely sister Faith. The last child of my parents .She stays with her family in Lagos, Nigeria. She has been wishing to have one of my homade bracelet. Until she came visiting last week with her kids. I decided to make this elegant heart 鉂わ笍 bracelet with happiness for my baby sister to reassure her of my love this Easter season. I made it with 2 beautiful colors White and Gold many of my costumers ask me to make more of this type of bracelet for them to buy. In making this bracelet , positions of thread is very important, if you are not careful, you might probably make something different馃え
Let's me show the full tutorial:
White Beads 11/0
Gold Beads 11/0
Beading Thread 馃У
Beading Needle (optional)
Jump Ring
Lobster Clasp
Scissor鉁傦笍& Pliers
Let The Work Begin!!
First and foremost, pick up 3 white beads and 1 more white bead and cross the 2 ends of the thread through the white bead you just added then pick up 4 gold beads and go through one of the beads, the last one actually. Then you will turn the work around opposite the gold beads and take 4 white beads and form a square. THERE!! A white rectangle is formed. Next step.
Now, you will pick up 1 gold bead and cross the 2 ends of the thread through the bead and pick up 2 gold beads and 1 gold bead and cross the thread through the just added gold bead. This one works when the thread are together, so there's probably no position problem. With that, you have 2 rectangles a gold and white. Now just pick up 4 gold bead and make a square.
This process you will continue till you get your desired length. But incase you don't understand let me just continue.
Pick up 4 white beads and go through the thread from the opposite side of the heart's point tip form a square, pick up 1 white bead and cross the thread through it, pick up 3 white beads and go through the middle one, a rectangle is made. Just make another square by picking 4 beads and go through one of it.
