It has full properties that benefit health. Minerals, antioxidants, vitamins and curatives properties in its oils. Coconut oil has been proved to help in the alzheimer condition of old people.
You can use the kindness of this nut to reduce the high pressure because it contains potassium, selenium and zinc. It contains vitamins from the B group like B1 and B3 which are good to reduce the cholesterol. You can benefit of this fruit when used raw. Drink water of fresh coconut, and the milk made from the fruit which it is a powerful antibacterial.
I am a very good friend of cocunut because I make many meals with the milk. I use the milk to cook meats, beans and to prepare desserts. Today I prepared this dry coconut with sugar which I preserve to use as topping in many of my dishes such as icecreams, yogurt prepations, and I use it for making cookies.
