Learning is one of those activities that, despite having various schools of thought and educational currents, is absorbed entirely differently from person to person. However, given effective and proven learning techniques, it should be the first subject that every student should have at the beginning of their schooling.
I finished my formal studies a long time ago, and you could say that my learning style is entirely obsolete. For example, during elementary school in the 80s and early 90s, we didn't have technology available, so the learning style consisted of copying from the blackboard, reading manuals, doing homework by hand, memorizing raw data, and trying to understand anything involving formulas and mathematics.
Since I am no longer studying, the topics I like to delve into and learn more about are usually historical events and occasionally technology-related topics.
Right now, what I am trying to learn to keep my brain active and fit are the French and Guaraní languages, and in terms of technology, everything related to Blockchain, especially the HIVE ecosystem, which still seems super complex to me.
I would recommend looking for speed reading courses, learning techniques, and time-saving methods, and above all, having discipline and consistency, because having the world at your fingertips is too great a distraction, which often, at least in my case, makes us serial procrastinators.
El aprendizaje es una de las actividades que a pesar de tener varias escuelas de pensamiento y corrientes educativas, se absorve de forma totalmente diferente de persona a persona, pero que habiendo técnicas de aprendizaje efectivas y comprobadas, debería de ser la primera materia que debiera tener todo alumno al inicio de su etapa escolar.
Hace mucho tiempo terminé mis estudios formales y se puede decir que mi estilo de aprendizaje está totalmente obsoleto, por ejemplo, durante la primaria, en los años 80 e inicios de los 90, no teníamos tecnología disponible, asi que el estilo de aprendizaje consistía en copiar del pizarrón, leer manuales, hacer tareas escribiendo de puño y letra y luego memorizar lo que sean datos puros, y tratar de entender lo que implicara fórmulas y matemáticas.
Debido a que ya no estoy cursando estudios, los temas que me gusta profundizar y aprender más de ellos suelen ser hechos históricos y de vez en cuando temas de tecnología.
Ahorita lo que estoy tratando de aprender para mantener mi cerebro activo y en forma son los idiomas francés y guaraní, y en cuanto a tecnología, lo referente a Blockchain y en especial el ecosistema HIVE que me sigue pareciendo super complejo.
Les recomendaría que busquen cursos de lectura rápida, técnicas de aprendizaje y de ahorro del tiempo, y sobretodo que tengan disciplina y constancia, porque el mundo en la palma de la mano es una distracción demasiado grande, que muchas veces, al menos en mi caso, nos hace ser procrastinadores seriales.
