Esta tarde decidí darme un merecido gustico gracias al talento y al cariño de una gran amiga. No hace falta que sea mi cumpleaños para celebrar la vida con un buen postre, ¡y ella sabe perfectamente que los dulces son mi debilidad total!
En cuanto terminó de decorarlo me llamó para tentarme con esta delicia, y por supuesto, no pude resistirme. Preparó una hermosa panetela acompañada de sus cupcakes a juego, vestidos con un tono azul radiante y destellos dorados que entran por los ojos. Por dentro, el relleno es de natilla de chocolate, que es por mucho mi sabor preferido en el mundo.
Aunque todavía no la he cortado, no tengo la menor duda de que estará tan deliciosa como se ve. Es maravilloso contar con amistades que conocen tus gustos y te sorprenden con detalles hechos con tanto amor.
This afternoon I decided to treat myself, thanks to the talent and love of a great friend. It doesn’t have to be my birthday to celebrate life with a good dessert, and she knows perfectly well that sweets are my absolute weakness!
As soon as she finished decorating it, she called to tempt me with this delicacy, and of course, I couldn't resist. She made a beautiful sponge cake accompanied by matching cupcakes, dressed in a radiant shade of blue with golden sparkles that catch your eye. On the inside, it's filled with chocolate custard, which is by far my favorite flavor in the world.
Even though I haven't cut into it yet, I have no doubt it will be as delicious as it looks. It's wonderful to have friends who know your tastes and surprise you with details made with so much love.
