Ser educador es mucho más que impartir clases; es una vocación de vida que se construye con dedicación, paciencia y mucho corazón.
Desde muy temprano una parte del equipo de docentes de la IE Máximo Gómez Báez,nos encontramos listas en la escuela, con la mejor energía y la alegría intacta para abrir las puertas y recibir a nuestros niños.
Cada mañana representa una nueva oportunidad para guiarlos, inspirarlos y acompañarlos en su camino de aprendizaje.
Aunque vivimos tiempos difíciles en medio de apagones ,salarios insuficientes,noches sin dormir por el calor y los mosquitos,el tener que cocinar con leña o carbón,cada día vamos dispuestas a dar lo mejor para nuestros niños.
Ver sus sonrisas al llegar y saber que aportamos un granito de arena en su futuro es la mayor recompensa. Nos sentimos infinitamente orgullosas de nuestra labor y del gran equipo que conformamos para hacer de la escuela un lugar seguro, cálido y lleno de amor.

Being an educator is much more than giving lessons; it is a life calling built with dedication, patience, and a whole lot of heart.
From early in the morning, a group of teachers from the "Máximo Gómez Báez" Educational Institution are ready at school, with the best energy and bright joy to open the doors and welcome our children. Every morning represents a new opportunity to guide them, inspire them, and walk alongside them on their learning journey.
Even though we are living through tough times—facing power outages, insufficient wages, sleepless nights due to the heat and mosquitoes, and having to cook with firewood or charcoal—every day we show up ready to give our absolute best to our children.
Seeing their smiles when they arrive and knowing that we contribute a small grain of sand to their future is our greatest reward. We feel infinitely proud of our work and of the great team we have formed to make our school a safe, warm, and love-filled space.
