Bakkt begins testing today... and exciting as this exchange is fully Backed 1:1 with Bitcoin, real Bitcoin, not just a promise with behind the scenes scramble to deliver. This will become increasingly vital for the future of Crypto.

As hard, actual Bitcoin is held and paid out, the result will be a better price discovery, liquidity and stability.

As Bakkt is institutional only, LedgerX has received the retail license from the CFTC to service all customers. Yup us little guys can also participate on their platform if we do desire.
