We will have to wait and see. But we'll move on from that for now since that was last night's topic. I do want to bring this up because this is actually important.
Maureen Comey, which is James Comey's daughter, she was just fired from the DOJ. Fantastic news. Comey's daughter, by the way, if you guys don't know, she was actually one of the federal prosecutors in charge of the Epstein case.
She was also in charge of Giselle Maxwell's case and Diddy's case. So, you know, she has been part of all these high-profile cases. And, you know, something tells me it's not because of her just incredible acumen as a prosecutor.
I just have that strange inkling that that's not the reason that she was given all these high-profile cases. But she was fired today, and that is great news. You know, I think that there needs to be significantly more firings, but we will see if they're going to actually continue to remove people at rapid clip.
It looks like they might be. Obviously, what everyone's really talking about today, obviously, is Trump this morning with what I talked about at the beginning of this, where he, you know, blasted everybody still talking about the Epstein files, saying that, you know, these are a hoax, that it's now an Epstein hoax, which I, you know, you've got to love the branding. So Trump has decided that he hates it, and it's now branding for him to call it the Epstein hoax.
Whether or not it actually is a hoax, you know, who knows? There's also a bill that Thomas Massey introduced today that apparently, from what I just heard, it looks like it's possible that they may have the votes to force that, which is kind of interesting. You know, if they put a bill forward, I don't really see a problem with it at that point, to be honest with you. I don't really care.
Again, this is not something that I really – it's not the number one issue in the world to me. To everybody online, it's become the number one issue, but to me it's just not, and never was. But, you know, we'll see what actually ends up happening with that.
