I will post a photo of this afternoon's activity while sparring at the Kodam Sunggal dormitory against towersik VC, where we headed to the opponent's headquarters and we also got a 2-1 defeat.
Winning and losing is normal because our focus in this sparring is to seek experience and learn from every failure and defeat, from there we know things we can still improve in playing volleyball.
