I’ve been mixing it up.

Have you noticed the change in posts this week?

I’ve decided to post earlier in the day, to stop posting show announcements on my personal page, and to try out the bid bots.

I’ve seen reports about posting times.

Depending on your following, their highest activity times, and time zones will yield more or less upvotes. You might have noticed that some weekday versus weekend posts receive more upvotes. Similarly, posting earlier in the day versus later might get more views. Again, it all depends.

The blessing of online blogging is the ability to befriend people from around the world.

I’ve been blessed to make friends from Panama, from various parts of Australia, and from Europe. It’s always fun to say good morning to those going to sleep or talk about church when they are feeling the Monday blues.

So, if they’re at work when you’re sleeping and you’re posting when they’re getting ready for bed, how are you supposed to catch each others’ posts and engage? Likewise, if I’m constantly posting about the same shows, will you stay faithful or forget to check for new material? This week I decided to mix it up. I live in Florida and scheduled my posts to be posted at 5 am. I tested it during the weekend and loved it. However, this week the scheduled post didn’t work. I manually posted roughly an hour and a half later than planned.

It seems to have worked out pretty well, but next week I’m going to post at 5 pm and see if there’s a difference.

What are your thoughts on bid bots?

I’ve decided to bid the minimum and check them out, and the returns have been awesome. The post before this one, I intended to send 2 SBD. Well, I typed 2 on my phone and it auto populate to 20.137. My entire SBD wallet.

I was devastated. Not only did I have nothing left, I bid over the max, and I couldn’t get a refund. I checked the bot tracker every fifteen seconds, terrified as the max profitable bid value decreased.

I thought for sure I wouldn’t make a profit. That 20 SBD turned into a 50 dollar upvote. I run the risk of getting flagged. I have to wait seven days. Plus, a percentage will be paid to the curators. Overall, I had a huge return in investment.

Have you tried posting at different times of the day? Do you avoid posting on the weekends? Do you believe in the bid bots? Have you lost money or been flagged for using them?

Let me know!
