I go back and forth on City Planner. At 7 mana, 1/4 walls aren't stopping anything. They get killed (giving your opponent favor) while your opponent continues to build their board. I originally liked it as anti Lightning Strike, but not LS just hits your 7/7 every time. I've gone back to 2x Cyclops.

Also, do whatever you have to to get 2x Lightning Talisman in the deck. It's insanely good. You can ping yourself to trigger it (by hidden creatures). It also only loses durability if it hits an enemy creature. So much value. Since you don't have a ton of structures, I'd drop Defend the Ramparts for it.

Crystal Rain just feels bad now like you say. I hope they give it card draw or at least foresee 1 back.

Finally, don't sleep on Stormstress! She's one of the MVPs in my deck. They have a board full of ward? Not any more. Compare it to a tracking bolt for 2 mana dealing 1 damage to all creatures (including yours). For 5 mana, you get a 3/6 frontline (not terrible) with a built in tracking bolt that only hits enemies. Popping ward or protected feels so good, but clearing zombies or Shadow Cats is a close second.
