There are always questions we need answers to, issues we want to address but don't know how to go about, to the extend we have to search deep inside us in the process performing an HOLY COMMUNION with our inner self and spiritual being.
This drawing was carried out with charcoal bar on paper as this is a style I love and still exploring and mastering.
The muse expression and posture, with her eye ball rolled backwards is used to show the inner battle she's fighting which everyone have to fight be it depression, addiction, abuse etc.
I have a special kind of emotional attachment with this piece and it's one of my favorites amongst my recent works.
