Here’s my post for today, I decided to do a still life study with a different approach to creating the study. By using the sides of my charcoal stick, I was able to create a nice flat strokes with beautiful textures, and by overlaying them, I created a nice tonal graduations.
I happened to have seen this particular style from a friend of mine who is also an artist and I decided I was going to give it a try even though it’s not exactly Emmy style which is why I have a bit of my tiny strokes incorporated in it.
