Today I’ll be sharing with you my new drawing titled “I SEE THE MOON”.
It a realization of my childhood activities and experiences.

I see the moon, a silver eye,
watching as the years drift by.
A lantern hung in endless space,
casting light on time’s embrace.
It whispers secrets, soft and low,
of dreams once lived, of seeds we sow.
Each crater deep, a tale untold,
of lovers lost and empires old.
It knows the past, it sees ahead,
the steps we take, the words unsaid.
A patient witness to our climb,
the keeper of the threads of time.
Beneath its glow, the future sways,
woven tight in misty haze.
It bends, it shifts, yet leaves a trace
a path unseen, a fleeting face.
O silver seer, speak to me,
what waits beyond the rolling sea?
What echoes call from years unknown?
What seeds of fate have yet been sown?
But still it shines, so cold, so bright,
a silent watchman of the night.
No answer comes, yet still I stand
with moonlit dreams cupped in my hand.
