Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This will be Week 116, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on our first topic for this week which is “FINANCIAL LITERACY”
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “TO SUE OR NOT TO SUE”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the time they were forced to consider suing someone who had wronged them in one way or the other. They shared with us if they went ahead with the plans to sue, or if they gave it up later on.
We got to see the different situations that could make any person choose to sue someone. It’s one legal way to fight for your rights and get justice when wronged. While it might not be easy and may take time, but when the case is won, it’s always satisfying.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w115e3 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below.
AM I TO SUE YOU OR NOT TO SUE YOU by 
This author told us about the workplace harassment that he used to get from his former boss. From totally ignoring his idea, to belittling him in front of other colleagues, the boss just seemed to enjoy making him uncomfortable and unhappy. The author considered suing, however, in the end he decided that it was a much better choice for him to resign from the job. It was also much better for his mental health.
IT ALMOST ENDED IN THE COURTROOM by 
For this author, he told us about how a land dispute escalated and almost ended up becoming a court case. From trusting a friend too much to getting betrayed, it was a story of a group of people taking advantage of others simply because they believe they can do that without repercussions.
THE HARSH REALITY OF SUING A FRIEND 
This author told us about how he was forced to sue his own friend to court. What started out as a beautiful friendship that seemed inseparable became a nightmare when the said friend became aggressive and began to showcase violent tendencies. He was forced to file a lawsuit against them, however, it all turned out to be a lot deeper than that.
