Numbers - Fiction Story by Krisz Rokk

The Pharaoh turned around, squeezed a snake's venom into a bottle, and devoured the yellow-green fluid that quickly filled the recipient. A cheeky smile, accompanied by loud laughter, shook the room and reverberated through the open windows, deep into the garden.

“They will never be able to manipulate my energetic field no matter how many 144, 369, and 1111 frequencies they blast through the galaxy. You are my magic drink.”

His purple velvet trousers made his thick thighs look strong as he picked up his copper armor and rushed through the long hallway outside the pyramid.

💎💎💎

“You can’t just widen the opening of the gateway and hope those nasty Anuna won’t find us. It’s naive to think the guards will recognize the gate’s frequency. What if they use their shapeshifting abilities? They’ve mastered this game to an extent we can’t fathom.”

“This is gateway 8, okay? If they try to mess with us, they’ll end up in the infinity loop, and we can fish them out whenever we choose. So chill, and let me figure out how to enlarge this entrance for our plasma ships to come through,” replied a white humanoid lion, clearly annoyed by his friend.

“Look, the first ones are already coming through. It’s the guys from Veda. Why do they have number one imprinted on their skin?”

“Because they’ll open the ceremony.”

“What number will my fellows from Andromeda have tattooed on their suits?”

“Twelve, of course. Dahhh.”

“How do you know all this stuff?”

“I paid attention in school,” the white lion replied, bursting out laughing. “Stop asking all these dumb questions and give me a hand, will you?!”

💎💎💎

“Reptoooos, stand straight and still!” yelled a large lizard with wings from the bottom of his throat as the Pharaoh approached the battalion.

“Your Highness, at your service. My team is ready,” said the lizard firmly.

“Good. I want you to destroy gateway 33 on your way to number 8. The Dragons will use that one to be on time for the ceremony. The last creatures I want to fight are the Dragons. They kicked us out of the brown galaxy last time; I will not take another hit from these fire-spitting monkeys,” said the Pharaoh, thoroughly disgusted on his way to the next dimension.

Before disappearing completely, he added:

“Watch out for the octahedrons using kaleidoscopic chromium light. They can fetch all our signals and unmask us as intruders. It’s their most robust weapon, and we’re still looking for a technology to break the spectrum.”

💎💎💎

“Here come the stabilizers,” said the white lion with relief.

“Hey guys. Nice job, you two. Several groups will fade in and out over the course of the entire day. Expect some more Sirians and Lyrans to protect the space during the wedding ceremony. Have any Dragons arrived yet?” asked a Lyran Feline with a large 4 on his blue skin.

“Yes, quite a few Dragons have arrived already. They’re cleansing the space, ensuring the shadow parasites don’t mess with the couple and their guests,” replied the white lion.

“Any trace of the Draconian lizards?”

“They’re heading to gateway 33, expecting to annihilate our beloved Dragons. We’ve got everything in place to transfer them into an enclosed realm where they can fight their mirror selves. This will be fun to watch, hahaha.”

“Guess the Arcturians have assembled a pretty decent projector to ensure the transmission goes smoothly,” said the white lion, smiling, amused by the trickery.

“They’re great. Love working with those fellas. Btw, how many giants are invited?”

“I don’t know for sure, but when I last spoke to Orion’s team, they mentioned 13 giants,” the white lion replied, a little bit confused by the question.

“Good old number 3 keeps popping up everywhere. I’d better be going. We’re expected at the stadium.”

💎💎💎

“Damn. We’re trapped. Not again. I can’t stand these blue cats and their stupid techies from Arcturus.”

“You told the Pharaoh we’ll take care of gateway 33. Now what, Sir?”
The giant lizard with wings picked up the lizard sergeant and shouted:

“Find and bring me every single intruder. I will deal with them personally. And get in touch with everyone who managed to infiltrate and bribe the Orions. The Pharaoh will ban us from home, you stupid lizards.”

💎💎💎

“Daughter,” the Pharaoh whispered gently as he approached his favorite and most precious child.

“Dad, you can’t be here. Go, please. I don’t want you to get hurt,” replied the gorgeous Princess wearing a beautiful, luminous violet dress with golden embroideries.

“I will use plasma energy to drop in density. I will appear as a small pyramid next to the stadium where your ceremony will take place. It will blend into the décor, and nobody will notice. I just can’t miss your wedding, sweetheart. I can’t.”

The Pharaoh disappeared into a thin gray fog just in time before the palace door opened and a tall humanoid white lion wearing a golden suit entered the room.

“Shall we, darling?”

The Princess stared at the number on his fiancé's tuxedo and said softly:

“We’re really putting an end to the galactic wars.”

“That’s why I’m wearing your favorite number, honey. We’re closing the loop with the 9.”

As they held hands and stepped outside the palace, gateway 8 closed. But before it did, a tiny golden pyramid slid through and rolled down the hill toward the stadium.
