Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. After we go out and relax every day from Monday to Friday. Today, my wife and I are back to living a simple life in our countryside home. We are now back to closely looking after our autistic son together, as he didn't go to school today. And my wife intends to cook a simple, quick meal for the family. Certainly, she picks small amounts of vegetables from the home garden for cooking this time. However, other vegetables that cannot be homegrown are also used in our dish.
Breakfast is still a simple meal, just toast with jam and fresh milk. But I didn't take any photos of them. Lunch is a simple dish again. Stir-fried minced chicken with holy basil over rice is our simple lunch once more. Yardlong beans and holy basil, freshly picked from the garden. As for the other vegetables, we bought them from the supermarket a few days ago. And here is the simple stir-fried minced chicken with holy basil that my wife cooked.

Stir-fried minced chicken with holy basil in a bowl (This bowl is for one person).

In addition to picking vegetables for cooking, we are also picked papayas that are beginning to ripen from the tree. In just a few days, these papayas will be ripe enough to eat.

Finally, my wife picked a banana blossom from our garden for dinner. She plans to cook a banana blossom curry with pork, though she hasn't started cooking it yet as I write this post.

These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
