Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My wife and I are free all this week after we drop off our granddaughter and autistic son at school. Actually, we didn’t have any plans for today. However, while spending some spare time walking in my home garden this morning, I found that the weeds and grass near the neighbor's wall were rather overgrown. Consequently, I asked my wife to help me clear the area together. Clearing grass and weeds on the ground and along the fence this time, we used two hoes, our hands, and pruning shears. It took quite a long time. First, we will clear the grass and weeds from the ground, and then we will tackle the weeds along the fence. This area is usually covered in ivy gourds, but since they recently died, weeds have started growing along the fence instead.
Then, I pruned the two climbing wattle bushes nearby because they were getting too tall and messy. So I wanted to encourage new growth. My wife then picked the tender shoots from the trimmings and got the idea to make sour curry climbing wattle with omelet (Thai people call it "Kang Som Cha-om Kai") for our lunch today.
And this is the sour curry climbing wattle with omelet for our lunch today. My wife was in a rush this time, so she didn't take photos of the cooking steps. Next time, if she has time to take pictures, I will share the its recipe and ingredients.
One final note, my wife has also picked guavas from the home garden for lunch. Two guava trees is full of ripe fruit now. There are enough for multiple servings, but we will harvest them progressively for the days ahead.
These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
