Thanks for sharing some of your life with us. Africa is a tough place, and one cannot blame people for being selfish. In fact, it is understandable that they would prioritize themselves. Self-preservation is important. However, what is lacking is honesty. Dishonesty can cause more harm to a community than the individual benefits from it. For a community to thrive, honesty is a must among its members. Otherwise, we will only end up taking advantage of one another. This is the philosophy. I cannot judge because I have not walked in the shoes of those who act dishonestly.
