Arrived in Venice yesterday! Went for a run this morning along the Island the hostel is located, which is incredibly small. I got lost down some alleys so only did 4K.
But then I explored the main island. Found a nice few quiet places where all I could hear was the water and occasional bird squeak.
Really enjoying being by myself right now, having complete freedom.
